No Limits – Transforming Futures Through Sport and Mentoring

No Limits is Active Sport’s specialist Alternative Provision programme for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils.

This structured, sport-integrated education and mentoring programme provides students with qualifications, confidence, and essential life skills to support their future success.

The 12-week structured model helps students re-engage with education and successfully transition back into school, training, or employment pathways.

Who Is No Limits For?

The programme is designed for pupils who:

  • Require a tailored curriculum or targeted support

  • Have experienced behavioural challenges or school disruption

  • Are at risk of exclusion or disengagement

  • Have poor attendance or motivation

  • Are vulnerable or facing mental health challenges

  • Would benefit from structured mentoring and support


Qualifications Available

Students can complete nationally recognised qualifications including:

  • Level 1 Sports Leadership

  • Level 2 Community Sports Leadership

  • Level 3 Sports Leadership

  • First Aid Certification

  • These qualifications help students develop real-world skills and future career pathways.

Extra Time: Ongoing Mentoring Support

  • Active Sport provides continued support beyond the programme, including:

  • 1-to-1 mentoring sessions at 1, 3, and 6-month intervals

  • Transition support back into school

  • Goal setting and progress tracking

  • Support managing change and emotional development
